We are delighted that Verod has been named Regional Investor of the Year at the Private Equity Africa Awards 2025. This recognition highlights our commitment to driving sustainable growth and creating value across Africa.

During the award period, we completed three significant investments: i-Fitness, Moniepoint and Prime Pharmacy. We also strengthened our leadership team by welcoming Pacôme Zahabi as Partner to spearhead our expansion across the Francophone region.

This achievement is a testament to the dedication and hard work of our team, who have supported strong growth in the portfolio.

Special recognition for Verod Foundation

In addition to our investment accolade, the Verod Foundation received the Special Recognition Award for its contribution to education. Since its inception, the Foundation has reached over 11,500 students through mentorship and literacy programmes, helping to create brighter futures for young learners.
