In 2025, Emzor (which is one of our partner companies) received the Financial Times and The World Bank Africa Sustainable Futures Award for Local Manufacturing. And 2026 is set to be an even bigger year, as Emzor prepares to open West Africa’s first active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) processing plant. Once operational, it will enable the local production of antimalarials - a major milestone for the region.
